We're all about getting you TheChewzie in your hands ASAP, so we hustle to process your order as fast as we can. Plus, if your order qualifies for $29.99 and up, we hook you up with free USPS First Class Shipping, but that's only for the contiguous United States. Sorry, but we don't ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States, including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Where's my Order?
TheChewzie gets its a** moving within 1-3 business days of your order. Once it's on its way, we'll shoot you an email with a badass USPS tracking number. Keep an eye on that sht to see where your package is at. If you didn't get the email, hit us up, bro. We'll fix that sht for you.
What's your Return/Exchange Policy?
Alright, listen up! We're pretty darn sure our products are top-notch, but we get it, sometimes things go haywire. So here's the deal: we only take back stuff that's got a manufacturer's defect. [We don't have any fancy warranties, written or whispered.]

Once we get your item and it checks out, we'll refund your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
